Starting your graphic novels collection

If you don't currently have graphic novels in your classroom or school library, Graphic Novel Starter Packages are a great way to enter the world of graphic storytelling if you're not entirely sure what graphic novels you'd like to stock.

You buy the Starter Package and ComicReaders selects the graphic novels that are appropriate for either kids of all ages, grages 7 - 9 or high school, depending on the Package you have selected.

These selections are based on our experience working with other schools. These graphic novels are not only recommended by ComicReaders, but also by your peers who are already using graphic novels in their classroom or school library.

How to order:

1. Sign-up for the ComicReaders Teacher Program

2. ComicReaders will send you your username and password for your online store account. (Allow 1 - 2 days for processing.)

3. When you receive your username and password (or if you already have one), login at the online store.

4. When you login, under the Categories list at the left-hand side of the online store, a Teachers category will appear. (It will be located between Graphic Novels - Small Press and Books.)

5. Click on the Teacher category, and choose the Starter Package(s) that you wish to order.

6. The Packages will be added to your Shopping Cart. Click the Checkout button located in the top right-hand corner of the online store. Follow the online instructions from that point on to submit your order.

7. ComicReaders will contact you either by phone or email with a list of the graphic novel selections so that you can approve the selections before the order is sent.
